This specific Google user data is used exclusively to authenticate your identity, create or log into your YouFabTa account securely, personalize your dashboard, and communicate essential order notifications. We absolutely do not share, sell, or transfer your Google user data to third-party ad networks or data brokers.

Rights of Data Principal (DPDPA 2023 & 2025 Rules)

Under the latest Digital Personal Data Protection guidelines, you have enhanced rights:

Right to Information: Know exactly what personal data is being processed and the list of data processors.
Right to Correction & Erasure: Rectify inaccurate data or request completion of partially accurate information.
Right of Grievance Redressal: Efficient access to resolve disputes through our Grievance Officer.
Right to Nominate: Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.

Protection of Children

We take extreme care regarding minors. We do not knowingly process personal data of individuals under 18 without verifiable parental consent. In accordance with the 2025 rules, we do not undertake targeted advertising or behavioral tracking for children.

Data Retention & Erasure

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the specified purpose.

Order History: Retained for 7 years for statutory compliance.
Account Data: Retained as long as the account is active, or erased within 30 days of a deletion request.
Browsing Data: Erased or anonymized after 24 months of inactivity.
